For more than three decades, Markus has mastered the art of creating moments. Born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario, Markus grew up in the pulse of the city’s hip-hop, R&B, and reggae scene — a sound that still defines his sets today.

Known for his seamless blends and crowd intuition, Markus transforms any venue into a living memory. Whether it’s a packed club, a downtown rooftop, or a private celebration, he delivers every mix with the precision of a veteran and the soul of a true selector.

As one of the founding members of East Side Pullup, Markus and his team (Jovie & Aaron) helped spark a cultural wave across the Durham region — starting as a backyard gathering and growing into one of the area’s most anticipated monthly experiences. That same grassroots energy continues to shape his approach today.

Now, Markus is stepping into a new chapter with Replay Society at Galaxy Event Space, bringing back the best of 90s and 2000s R&B, Hip-Hop, Reggae, and Soca for a grown and sexy crowd that knows the vibe.
